This criminal appeal arises from the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Tyrone Hamilton, pled guilty to one count of bank fraud in violation of La. R.S. 14:71.1. He was sentenced to 10 years at hard labor with the condition that he pay restitution to three victims should he ever be paroled. Hamilton appeals his sentence.
