We granted certiorari in this matter in order to determine whether the trial court had erred in denying the State's motion to disqualify the law firm representing the defendant. Because the law firm's failure to comply with the Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct disqualifies it from representing the defendant in the matter, we reverse the ruling of the trial court and order that the law firm be disqualified...
