Defendant, Danny Alsay, appeals his convictions for two counts of aggravated battery on the basis the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant was charged in a bill of information on August 6, 2008 with two counts of attempted first degree murder of D.O., a juvenile, and Kendra,1 in violation of La. R.S. 14:27 and 14:30.2
