On January 17, 2007, the State charged the defendant, Leroy Massey, with two counts of the attempted first-degree murder of Travis Bonvillian and Joshua O'Quinn. The defendant entered a plea of not guilty at his arraignment on January 24, 2007. On February 8, 2007, the court denied the Motion to Suppress the Identification and found probable cause.
