This appeal arises from the sale of land to the plaintiff, who later discovered that the land was allegedly contaminated with radioactive material. The plaintiff sought relief against the former landowners and the oil and trucking companies allegedly responsible for the contamination. The trial court granted the oil and trucking companies' exceptions of no right of action. We find that the trial court did not err, as the plaintiff has no right...
