The Plaintiff-Appellant, Terry Ferguson, appeals his sentences for theft of property valued at over $500. We affirm.

The present matter comes before the Court from two cases that have been consolidated for the purpose of appeal. Ferguson was charged, in two separate bills of information, with a total of fifteen counts of theft of property valued at over $500, and one count of misapplication of funds by a contractor.
