This matter arises out of a suit on a contract to renovate a boathouse damaged during Hurricane Katrina. The relator, Susan Bankston seeks review of the denial of her Motion to Disqualify Jack Randle Allen, Jr., from representing Tasch, LLC, (Tasch) in the instant litigation.
