This matter is before us on appeal by defendants, Canal Indemnity Company ("Canal Indemnity") and Top Hatch, Inc. ("Top Hatch"), from a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Mississippi Farm Bureau Casualty Company ("Mississippi Farm Bureau") and dismissing all claims against Mississippi Farm Bureau with prejudice. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
