In this appeal, Lenvi Tennessee, a recruit with the New Orleans Police Department ("NOPD"), seeks reversal of the Civil Service Commission's ("Commission") dismissal of his appeal of his termination for lack of jurisdiction. Specifically, Mr. Tennessee argues the right to appeal his termination because he was discriminated against based on his disability. For the following reasons, we affirm.
