In this workers' compensation case, both the claimant and the workers' compensation insurer have appealed the judgment by the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"). After reviewing the record and applicable law, we reverse the award of mileage and amend the medical expenses. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
