The buyers, Jonathon and Shawna Chumley, appeal three summary judgments that dismissed their claims against the sellers, Darrin and Twila Magee; their buyers' agent, Frances Harral; and their home inspector, American Dream Home Inspection Services Inc. ("ADHIS") and its owner, Burl Hines. They also appeal the denial of their motion for new trial. For the reasons expressed, we affirm.
