The claimant, Keith Smith, appeals a decision by a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) dismissing his claim for weekly benefits and medical care. We affirm the decision of the WCJ.

FACTS

The claimant, Keith Smith, began working for the defendant, Boise Cascade, May 3, 1999. Todd Carlock, the Boise Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), testified, in deposition, that on June 19, 2007, Mr. Smith came to him and told him he wanted to go home...
