In this matter, the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation (LWCC) appeals the decision of the workers' compensation judge granting Tommy Manucy indemnity benefits. For the following reasons, we hereby reverse the decision of the workers' compensation judge and render judgment in favor of LWCC.
