In this suit for damages, Plaintiff, Dr. Kermit L. Walters, Jr., sued Defendants, Betty Goss and her insurance company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (collectively referred to as "Defendants"), in Monroe City Court, alleging that Ms. Goss was at fault for a motorcycle accident occurring on March 21, 2007.
