This is a tort suit arising out of a work place accident. The sole issue raised on appeal is whether the trial court correctly concluded that the defendant, The Folger Coffee Company ("Folger"), was the statutory employer of the plaintiff, Donald Dominio. Answering that question in the affirmative, we affirm the trial court's judgment dismissing Mr. Dominio's tort suit and declaring the intervention filed by his direct employer, T.T.C...
