On October 28, 2004, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Bobby Johnson, with distribution of marijuana in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(A). At the arraignment, defendant pled not guilty. Thereafter, on April 13, 2005, the trial court heard and denied defendant's motions to suppress evidence and identification.
