OPINION AND ORDER

Pursuant to SCR 3.480(2), Movant George Guy Gardner1 moves this Court to impose a negotiated sanction of a 30-day suspension, probated with conditions for six months. The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) has no objection. Having reviewed the record, we approve the negotiated sanction.
