Appellant, Robert Ladriere, appeals from a Judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court, entered upon a guilty plea to one count of kidnapping. Ladriere agreed to the maximum sentence of twenty years in exchange for the dismissal of a second-degree persistent felony offender count.
