Harold James Whittet, Trustee of the Wanda J. Bennet-Rodgers Trust (Trust), appeals the summary judgment decision of the district court that Commerce Bank, N.A., (Commerce) could attach assets in the Trust to satisfy its judgment entered for a promissory note Wanda executed before her death. We affirm.
