On petition for review, the defendants in this medical malpractice case seek reversal of the Court of Appeals' determinations that the trial court erred by instructing the jury on intervening cause, the error was not harmless, the jury verdict rendered in the defendants' favor must be vacated, and the case remanded for retrial.
