Victor Ponce ("Ponce") appeals the Elkhart Circuit Court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, claiming that the court erred in rejecting Ponce's claim that he was not properly advised of his constitutional rights before pleading guilty and that he therefore did not knowingly and voluntarily waive these rights.
