Case Summary

Britney R. Meux was hit by a car while she was jogging. She subsequently died from her injuries. The State charged the alleged driver of the vehicle, Jason R. Cozmanoff, with thirteen crimes including class C felony reckless homicide. Joseph E. Hardiman and Jaketa L.
