MATHIAS, Judge.

Edward Lee Jackson ("Jackson") was convicted in Vanderburgh Circuit Court of murder and attempted murder. Jackson appeals and presents two issues, which we restate as:

I. Whether the trial court's admission of an autopsy photograph of the victim's heart was unfairly prejudicial; and II. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by failing to consider Jackson's willingness to plead guilty to a habitual offender...
