This appeal is the product of the trial of a medical negligence case brought by plaintiff Heide Wilson on behalf of her son, Jeremy, who sustained physical and neurological injuries around the time of his birth that plaintiff alleges occurred as a result of the negligence of the hospital where he was born. In sum and substance, plaintiff claims that defendant Humana Hospital, by and through its employees, was negligent...
