A jury was asked to determine who was responsible for the costs associated with the loss of a helicopter that, only days after it was purchased, crashed on the delivery or "ferry" flight between Bolivia and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, killing two people, including Sergio Rodrigo, a key person involved in the helicopter purchase.
