Myrlin D. Earle, pro se, appeals from the order of the trial court denying his motion for contempt. Upon review, we affirm.

In 2005, a final judgment and decree of divorce was entered ending Earle's marriage to Caroline Earle. Per the divorce decree, the couple was granted joint legal and physical custody of the two minor children, with the children residing with the "mother from August 1 through May 31 of each year."
