Arthur James Laws appeals his judgment and sentence for felony DUI. He argues that the trial court should have suppressed evidence of a medical blood draw and that the use of such evidence is a violation of double jeopardy. We reject his arguments and write primarily to express disagreement with several older county court cases that discuss double jeopardy in this context. See State v. Yoder, 18 Fla. Supp.2d 61 (Fla.
