Christopher Munroe appeals the nonsummary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 after this court reversed the initial summary denial and remanded for an evidentiary hearing. See Munroe v. State, 28 So.3d 973 (Fla.2d DCA 2010). We affirm the postconviction court's nonsummary denial.
