PER CURIAM.
Mary Rudd Robinson, a candidate for judicial office, moved for an emergency permanent injunction to prevent the name of her opponent, "Jordan Howard Breslaw," from being printed on the primary ballot for the office of County Court Judge in a Broward County election. The trial judge granted the motion and entered an injunction after conducting an evidentiary hearing. We reverse and remand.
