Dawn Ortolano appeals a final order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission ("UAC"), affirming the decision of an unemployment compensation appeals referee dismissing her administrative appeal as untimely. For the reasons explained below, we reverse and remand for a hearing to determine whether the lateness of Ortolano's filing is attributable to the UAC.
