This matter is before the Court on Christopher Jones' Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [ECF No. 1], the U.S. Parole Commission's Opposition to Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [ECF No. 8] and the U.S. Parole Commission's Supplemental Opposition to Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [ECF No. 14].
