I. INTRODUCTION

This is an action by Plaintiff Alaska Stock, LLC ("Alaska Stock") against Pearson Education, Inc. ("Pearson") and several pseudonymously named parties for copyright infringement and fraud.1 Pearson has moved for summary judgment and Alaska Stock has cross-moved for partial summary judgment.
