On October 16, 2012, plaintiffs, Reggie Huff and Lisa Huff, filed a pro se complaint in this Court alleging: violations of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("federal RICO"), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(b), (c), and (d); violations of Ohio's "corrupt activity" law ("Ohio RICO"), Ohio Rev.Code § 2923.32;
