Plaintiffs are a group of individuals who were caught up in a "mortgage rescue scam" to save their homes from foreclosure, which resulted in criminal prosecutions of a number of individuals. They brought this civil action against Lawyers Title Insurance Company n/k/a Fidelity National Title Insurance Company for fraud and violation of Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law ("UTPCPL")....
