This case arises under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), as a review of a denial of disability benefits by the Social Security Administration ("SSA"). Presently at issue are Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [# 12] and Defendant's Motion to Affirm the Commissioner's Decision [# 18].
