INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Xerox Corporation ("Xerox" or "Plaintiff"), brings this action for damages relating to Defendants' alleged breach of two lease agreements (the "March and April 2010 Lease Agreements") and a purchase agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") for printing equipment, supplies and services (collectively, the "Agreements"). (Docket No. 5.) Defendants, MHW, Inc.
