OPINION AND ORDER1

BESOSA, District Judge.

Before the Court are defendants Repsol Petroleo, S.A. ("RPSA") and Repsol YPF Trading y Transporte, S.A.'s ("RYTTSA") motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. (Docket No. 99; Docket No. 100.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS the motions as to RPSA and RYTTSA.
