On January 9, 2013, Plaintiff ElcomSoft, Ltd. ("ElcomSoft") brought this suit against Defendants Passcovery Co., Ltd. ("Passcovery"), Accentsoft, Denis Gladysh,1 and Ivan Golubev, alleging that Defendants had infringed its patents in violation of federal law.
