On December 30, 2009, following a six week non-jury trial, this Court granted judgment in favor of Feld Entertainment Inc., ("FEI") in this Endangered Species Act litigation commenced by one individual, Tom Rider ("Rider"), and several non-profit organizations advocating for animal rights.
