Saudi Basic Industries Corporation ("SABIC") moves to compel Exxon Mobil Corporation ("ExxonMobil") to arbitrate this dispute and seeks a stay of litigation in this Court until such arbitration is complete. As a corollary, SABIC appeals the entry of a pretrial scheduling order by the Magistrate Judge assigned to the case.
