Approximately 200 individuals and estates of deceased persons (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), brought this consolidated action against defendant National Westminster Bank Plc ("NatWest" or "Defendant"), seeking to recover damages from fifteen terrorist attacks in Israel and the Palestine Territories pursuant to the civil liability provision of the Antiterrorism Act
