Defendant Logan Storm ("Storm") is charged with one count of knowingly possessing images of child pornography, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(8), in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) and (b)(2). Storm has filed three motions to limit the jury's ability to view images of child pornography and other images that the Government seeks to introduce in evidence and publish to the jury.
