Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Application for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. # 8). Defendants have filed a response (Dkt. # 16), and the Court has held an evidentiary hearing (Dkt. # 17). After hearing the evidence and reviewing the parties' briefs and applicable law, the Court finds that Plaintiff's Application for Preliminary Injunction should be denied.
