On June 22, 2012, following a 24-day bench trial, this Court convicted the three Defendants. All three Defendants were convicted of Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice. Defendant Daum was also convicted of three counts of Obstruction of Justice and two counts of Subornation of Perjury.
