For the reasons below, NCL (Bahamas) Ltd.'s motion to reopen summary judgment briefing [D.E. 376] and motion for leave to conventionally file an exhibit [D.E. 378] are DENIED.

In this action, the plaintiffs worked as senior stateroom stewards on NCL's cruise ships. The plaintiffs allege that NCL gave them too much work and too little time on embarkation...
