Plaintiffs Lauren D'Annunzio, Ashley D'Annunzio, and Gabrielle D'Annunzio ("Plaintiffs") commenced this action on July 11, 2011 against Defendants Ayken, Inc. ("Ayken") d/b/a Ayhan's Fish Kebab Restaurant (the "Restaurant"), Ayhan Hassan ("Hassan"), and Dario Gomez ("Gomez").
