Plaintiff Realtime Data, LLC ("Realtime") brought nine lawsuits asserting patent infringement against approximately 18 separate defendants. The defendants break down into three general groups: (i) major financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Corporation, Credit Suisse Holdings (USA), Inc., The Goldman Sachs Group, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., JP Morgan Chase & Co., etc....
