GORTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ruggers, Inc., d/b/a KooGa North America ("KooGa") alleges that defendant United States of America Rugby Football Union, Ltd. ("USA Rugby") willfully violated the terms of an exclusive sponsorship agreement between the parties. Plaintiff sues for breach of contract, misrepresentation, violation of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A ("Chapter 93A") and unjust enrichment.
