This matter comes before the Court on remand [41] from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals for acyudication of the defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. Upon consideration of the defendant's memorandum [38], the government's opposition [39], the defendant's reply [40], the entire record herein, and the applicable law, the Court will dismiss the defendant's claim.
