Hanna bring this diversity action against defendants Motiva Enterprises, LLC ("Motiva"), and Shell Oil Company ("Shell"), alleging common law claims of negligence, trespass, and private and public nuisance, along with claims for violations of New York Navigation Law § 181 and New York Environmental Conservation Law § 23-1717.
